Coach Robbie Fleck announced a 25-man squad to travel to Argentina for the match against the Jaguares and has excluded two of his Springboks.
With skipper Siya Kolisi will be on break - as per agreement with SA Rugby - the team will in all likelihood be captained by prop Steven Kitshoff, who exited the tunnel first against the Rebels and the Brumbies earlier this month.
Pieter-Steph Du Toit, meanwhile, suffered a shoulder injury in the win over the Bulls last weekend.
There are some good news coming out of the camp also, with both Sikhumbuzo Notshe and Jaco Coetzee fit again and ready to go.
Fleck, meanwhile, says his team will go all out as they look to bank back-to-back wins before enjoying a bye next weekend.
Fleck says: “We want to keep building on our recent performances and this is a great opportunity to do so away from home.
“We have a bye after this game before we are back at home, so we will be going flat-out in Buenos Aires."
