Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 10 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk or water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup salsa, drained
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Method
Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour into the pan and cook, stirring occasionally for four to five minutes and then add cheese.
Fold in salsa and chips.
