The family of a man, who has been missing for more than two decades, are desperate to find him to see his mother who is very sick.
Riyadh Kaisi, who is now 43-years-old, was last seen by his family in 1998 while living in Uitenhage.
They now believe Riyadh is living in Jim se Bos informal settlement in Philippi with his partner and three children.
Riyadh’s relative, Latiefa Barendse, says his mother, Juweiria Barendse, 67, is very sick and needs to see him.
She says the old woman is currently living with a family member in Willowmore.
“He was last seen in Jim se Bos and his mother would like to know whether he is still alive because she wants to see him and misses him very much,” explains Latiefa.
“He was last seen in Uitenhage on the day he left with two friends and that is all we know.
“She is living with her youngest son in Willowmore.”
Juweiria says her son left home when he was 20-years-old, and she misses him very much as she hasn’t seen him for 23 years.
“We know that he lives with Reinette Jansen, who is also of Uitenhage, in Jim se Bos and they have three children.”
She says her son is of average height, with brown skin, and black eyes and curly black hair.
