Cops say a tip-off led to the arrest of a 55-year-old man after drugs were discovered at his Worcester house.
Police spokesperson Constable Noloyiso Rwexana says: “Police followed up on information received from the community and arrested the suspect at 5am.
“They confiscated an assortment of drugs: 24 straws of tik, 307 mandrax tablets and dagga parcels worth an estimated street value of R17 000.
“The suspect will appear in the Worcester Magistrates’ Court [today] and face charges related to the possession of drugs.”
