Tottenham Hotspur captain Hugo Lloris says the team's new stadium gives them power ahead of Tuesday evenings first leg Champions League quarterfinal against Manchester City.
But City midfielder Kevin de Bruyne says he is silly to think that a home advantage will give them the edge over the defending Premier League champions.
Of playing their first European match at the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Lloris says: “At some moments in the game, we feel the power.
“I think this can be a help for the team. We will need the crowd for every game. Of course, this is a big moment for the club. To be part of a quarterfinal for the Champions League is a great opportunity.”

“I care about the team we play. Everybody talks about the stadium like it’s something special. Everybody has a stadium. “Everybody has supporters it’ll be a tough game but I think we’ll be alright.”
Lloris adds: “The target is to make City’s life harder. To be ready to compete from the first minute.”
