Tottenham hosts the only unbeaten team across Europe when they welcome Chelsea to Wembley on Saturday (7.30 pm).
Spurs, though, are just one point and a place behind the Blues in the Premier League table.
But coach Mauricio Pochettino has a moerse klomp injury problems to worry about after the international break.
Star playmaker Christian Eriksen – who signed a contract extension on Thursday – is a doubt after turning out for Denmark, while Argentina trio Erik Lamela, Juan Foyth and Paulo Gazzaniga are all struggling with fatigue after travelling from home after action on Wednesday morning.
Spurs already have Davinson Sanchez, Kieran Trippier, Danny Rose and Mousa Dembele ruled out for the match. But centre-back Jan Vertonghen, who has been out since September, is back.
Poch says: “It is very good news, he has been training with the group. We have to wait until Saturday to see whether he can be involved. Jan is such an important player for us."
