South Africa and New Zealand will battle for pride at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday at 5.05pm.
With the Rugby Championship title already in the bag, the Kiwis will be out to regain some lost pride after losing 36-34 to the Springboks in Wellington earlier in the competition.
Rassie Erasmus’ Springboks, on the other hand, will look to beat New Zealand home and away for the first time since 2009 – achieved under coach Peter de Villiers.
The two teams also face each other in the opening round of next year’s World Cup and winning this encounter will go a long way in boosting confidence ahead of the global showpiece when the action kicks off in Japan.
