Cape Town City will have a double midfield boost over New Year, one new player and one not-so new.
In with the new, it’s Mduduzi Mdantsane, who joined on Saturday from Baroka on a three-and-a-half year deal.
The 25-year-old Capetonian could make his debut for his new club when they take on his former side on Sunday, January 5.

Meanwhile, playmaker Mpho Makola is also set to return to action this weekend after his six-month PSL ban was overturned.
Makola pleaded guilty to pushing referee Abongile Tom in October 21st’s Telkom Knockout first-round clash at Cape Town Stadium.
