Ingredients

2 cups of uncooked bow pasta, cook as per packet instructions

2 tablespoons of butter or coconut oil

2 cups of diced mushrooms

2 cups of broccoli florets

250ml cream

1 clove of garlic, peeled and finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon of paprika or chilli flakes

1 heaped tablespoon of Knorr chicken a la king powder

A few chopped basil leaves
-
1 cup of grated cheese

You can also add slices of red pepper
Method
Heat the butter in a large deep pan on high heat, add all the ingredients, except the cream, Knorr powder, cheese and basil.
Stir and fry for about 8-10 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients and stir again. Add pasta and serve.
