Cops have yet to make an arrest in the murder of 17-year-old Carly Isaacs while the possibility that she was raped is also being probed.
Investigators close to the case reveal police suspect that the Mitchells Plain girl was sexually attacked before she was stabbed on the morning of March 15 inside her home in Westridge.
Yesterday, police confirmed no arrests have been made yet.

Police spokesperson, Sergeant Noloyiso Rwexana, explains: “Please be advised the case is still under investigation with no arrests at this stage.”
A source close to the investigation tells the Daily Voice cops are investigating if Carly was raped and that several DNA tests were being conducted.
Carly left her home for church with relatives on the fateful Sunday and returned shortly after, at 9.15am to collect her robe for the second service.
Carly’s father, who was going to use the toilet, found her sitting on a chair in the TV room and called out her name.
When she didn’t give a response, he touched her shoulder and noticed blood dripping. Realising his daughter had been stabbed, he called the police and paramedics.

It’s alleged that Carly’s underwear had also been moved down to her legs.
Carly’s family has refused to comment about the case and incident saying they need time.
