One of the suspects who was found in possession of missing Meghan Cremer’s car, has also been charged with murder.
This after police found Meghan's body at a sand mine on a Philippi farm in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Police spokesperson, Captain FC van Wyk confirms: "Our investigation and search operation led us to a sand mine on a Philippi farm (on Thursday morning) at around 1am where the body of the missing person was found. One of the suspects, the 27-year- old male will also be charged for murder."
Meanwhile the three suspects, including the 27-year-old, are expected to appear in court on Thursday after they were found in possession of the Philippi woman’s white Toyota Auris.
Siraaj Jaftha, Charles Daniels, and Jeremy Sias will appear at the Athlone Magistrates’ Court on charges of being in possession of stolen property.
One of the men is allegedly a member of the Six Bob gang from Pelican Park.
The trio were nabbed after the car was spotted in Lotus River.

Police sources reveal one of the men had blood stains on his clothing, which is now being tested for Meghan’s DNA.
On Wednesday cops were tight-lipped about the investigation, cautious not to jeopardise the case, but said that “a breakthrough should be reached soon”.
It has also been revealed that Meghan’s credit card was used in Muizenberg and Strandfontein over the weekend.
On Tuesday, SAPS together with Law Enforcement officers combed the area where Meghan lives in Philippi, questioning neighbours and residents.
Meghan, 30, who works at Woodstock Bakery with her brother and is an avid horse rider, was last seen on Saturday, 3 August, leaving her home in Rietvlei.
She never returned home and the family has appointed private investigator Noel Pratten to help find her.
On Wednesday, Meghan’s family told the Daily Voice they were not prepared to speak at this stage.
Meanwhile, Meghan’s neighbours claim they have been targeted by authorities.
The family of Felixio Lukas, 26, who suffers of epilepcy, says he was smacked around after being interrogated about Meghan’s disappearance.
The family lives in Philippi in an area known as the “Witblok”.
Felixio’s aunt, Sheila van Wyk, 47, says: “I was lying down when my husband came and told me the police had tied Felixio’s arms behind his back and were ready to handcuff him and had smacked him.

“They wanted to know where the white Toyota was. Felixio has been an epileptic since he was nine and gets nervous and confused when he is under pressure.
“He told them that his brother had the white car. They said he must take them to where the car is and show where his brother is.”
But it turned out the man was speaking about his brother’s new car, “which looks similar to Meghan’s”, says Sheila.
The family says they will be opening a case against SAPS and Law Enforcement.
Police spokesperson, Siyabulela Malo, and Law Enforcement spokesman, Wayne Dyason, say they will be investigating the family’s claims and encourage them to open a case.
