The boys who were being bullied by a gang of laaities in Goodwood are brothers and part of a set of triplets.
Their sister says the family was shocked when they saw the video of the vuilbek bullies forcing her brothers to kiss a pit bull before assaulting them.
A video of a group of boys, who had filmed themselves bullying the brothers, surfaced on social media last week and went viral.
The video starts with about six boys threatening the teens to kiss the dog or get moered.

The sister says her brothers are sixteen and didn’t tell the family anything.
“They did not say anything until we got to see the videos on social media. They have been playing soccer in the park for years as they do every day,” she says.
“The group of skollies who are from our area walked up to them and demanded money. They then made them kiss the dog and afterwards assaulted both of them.

“I am disgusted and my father went to open a case at the police station,” she says.
The chairperson for the Goodwood Ratepayers & Residents Association, Faizel Petersen, says residents who saw the video reacted with shock and disgust.
“We cannot have any bullying in our streets, whether it stems from racism or not, there’s no place for it,” he says.
“At the same time, we need to perhaps take this negative incident and appeal to the City of Cape Town to identify youth and recreational programmes to promote harmony in our community and bridging the divide between youth of various races, religions, economic situations or sexual orientation.”
