Johannesburg — Sars customs officials and detector dogs intercepted 22800 Viagra tablets, valued at R2.28 million at OR Tambo International Airport.
Sars said that during random inspection on Wednesday, the dogs found the parcel behind a cargo shed between other consignments originating from Hong Kong.
“An examination confirmed that the tablets were Viagra. The parcel remains unclaimed, and has been handed to the Port Health Authority for further investigation.”
