Kanye West has hinted that he jolled on estranged wife Kim Kardashian after the birth of their first two children.
The rapper’s new track Hurricane, in which he apparently confesses to his infidelity, has got fans rekking their bekke, reports PageSix.
The 44-year-old, who released his new album Donda on Sunday, raps: “Here I go actin’ too rich / Here I go with a new chick / And I know what the truth is / Still playin’ after two kids / It’s a lot to digest when your life always movin’.”
A source said of the song’s potential meaning: “The song is in a way his testimony of everything he did wrong and taking accountability for their marriage breakdown.”
Another told PageSix the “new chick” mentioned in Hurricane’s lyrics is not a specific reference to Russian supermodel Irina Shayk, who he reportedly split from last month.
“If you look closer to the lyrics, he is referring to his infidelity during his marriage with Kim, even after two kids,” the insider continued.
Kim and Kanye tied the knot in May 2014, nearly a year after they welcomed their first child together, daughter North West.
The reality star would then give birth to their second child, son Saint, five, in December 2015.
They would go on to welcome two more children, daughter Chicago, three, and son Psalm, two, via surrogate in 2018 and 2019.
Despite the track’s scandalous lyrics, Kim, 40, proudly revealed she was listening to Hurricane in a screenshot shared to Instagram on Sunday, along with several other Donda tracks.
Hurricane is just one of many songs off Kanye’s new album, which gives fans a better look at the rapper’s thoughts and feelings leading up to his split from Kim earlier this year.
