Fans can’t stop talking about the “new” Adele.
The singer stunned everyone when she shared a picture of her fit, lean lyfie on her 32nd birthday last week.
Now it’s been revealed how the Rolling in the Deep hitmaker lost a whopping 43kg in a matter of months.
BEFORE: Adele before her dramatic weight loss
The British star reportedly enlisted the fitness guru who trained Lady Gaga, and took advice from LA-based trainer Harley Pasternak, who has worked with the likes of Rihanna and Katy Perry.
Adele also hired a personal chef on the advice of her Hollywood pa l Cameron Diaz.
A source told The Sunday Mirror that Harley suggested Adele follow a fitness regime which included 35-minute training sessions five times a week.
They said: “Lady Gaga told her how brilliant Harley was. And that convinced Adele to get in touch.”
The mother of one hired chef Jason Harley to cook her healthy dishes, as she followed a 1000 calorie-a-day Sirtfood diet.
The source added: “She would have a green juice in the morning then work out. Then she wouldn’t usually eat until 3pm or 4pm so she was also doing a lot of intermittent fasting.”
Adele’s former personal trainer last week defended her against judgerage people body-shaming her and questioning her weight-loss.
Taking to Instagram, he wrote: “It’s disheartening to read negative commentary and fat-phobic accusations questioning the genuineness of her amazing weight loss.
“She never undermined her God-given talent by reducing herself to expose her flesh or be the over the top sexy vixen to sell albums. She let her voice do the talking, or should I say singing!
“She never once pretended to be something that she wasn’t. What you saw was what you got. And we all LOVED it!
“When Adele and I started our journey together, it was never about getting super skinny. It was about getting her healthy.”
The trainer also said Adele has been through “tough personal changes” since she moved to Los Angeles, divorcing her husband Simon Konecki in September last year.
