Alisson has warned Liverpool not to underestimate Tottenham ahead of the Londoners’ visit to Anfield this weekend.
The Reds have only tasted defeat to Spurs once in their last 13 meetings, with the Anfield side winning eight and drawing four.
But Alisson warned his teammates not to take Spurs vir 'n pop, even though they have won just four games all season.
The goalkeeper says: “It’s always good to play against a tough rival.
“Tottenham had a tough moment in the last five games but they proved their value in the last one [Wednesday’s 5-0 win at Red Star Belgrade].
“Now we need to rest and focus on that game 100 percent.”

Both teams come into the game on highs after big Champions League wins in midweek following disappointing draws.
Spurs saw Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son both fire doubles in Serbia to put their 1-1 Premier League stalemate behind them.
The Reds will be looking to get back to winning ways after their run of 17 straight league wins was halted by bitter rivals Manchester United with a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford.
Alisson and his teammates’ 4-1 win at Genk saw Mo Salah return to scoring form after missing the United clash with an ankle problem.
