There is no chance of getting cocky in the Stormers dressing room this year.
Coach John Dobson will simply not stand for it and will make sure that his stars remain grounded.
Currently the only unbeaten South African team left in the tournament, the Stormers have won their first three matches of the season.
But while they have notched up three straight wins against the Hurricanes, the Bulls and the Lions, Dobson wants more.
He wants his team to play good rugby and what he’s seen to date has not impressed the coach.

When asked if his team has a winning habit now, Dobson says: “We didn’t play particularly well against the Bulls and we played poorly against the Lions.
“Often as coaches when you review the game afterwards, you look back and you see we weren’t so bad [as initially thought because] you are so anxious in the coach’s box.
“But this one, when we reviewed it, was actually worse than we thought in terms of work-ethic, off the ball on attack and defence...
“This week we must be better. It will be a great game between two really good sides.”
This “week’s game” he is referring to is Saturday’s clash against last year’s South African Conference winners the Jaguares at Newlands.

If the Stormers want to keep hold of their unbeaten run, Dobson knows his team has to improve.
He explains: “It’s a very big game for us in terms of the conference and pride. I think we’re probably a little bit over-hyped.
“Our ball security [is a big work-on] - we’re not taking it through enough phases. In training it’s still frustrating me a little bit.
“How we scored that last try [against the Lions] is more or less how we want to play we are working very hard on our attack.”
