Springbok captain Siya Kolisi headed up a digital fist-bump relay in an attempt at the Guinness World Record as lockdown started in South Africa over the weekend.
Kolisi recorded and posted a video of himself giving a fist-bump to a "screen" on Instagram and urged followers to do the same in an effort to remind people of the importance of social distancing.
While trying to set records on one hand, the Bok captain also had a serious message for South Africans still roaming the streets.
Kolisi says in a video on Instagram: “People of South Africa, I’m begging you; can we start listening to the message that the president has given us.
“It’s imperative that we stay at home and stop roaming the streets that we listen to the police and the army when they tell us to stay home and not fight them.
“There are lots of videos of people roaming the streets as if nothing is going on in South Africa...
“If you trust that you have a strong immune system, you must also think about people whose immune systems are not that strong.

“Please let’s all stay at home, in your area, let’s look after one another because this thing can kill off generations to come.
“We must fight together as a nation it’s time for us to take this seriously.”
