Man of the Match Dale Steyn believes the relentless Proteas bowling attack was just too good for Australia on Sunday.
South Africa won the first of three ODIs Down Under by six wickets after bowling their hosts out for just 152 after 38 overs to take a 1-0 lead in the series.
Steyn and Ngidi had the Aussie batting line-up reduced to 8/3 inside six overs, with the Phalaborwa Express finishing the match with figures of 2/18 from his seven overs.
Ngidi grabbed a brace for 26 runs, while Andile Phehlukwayo (3/33) and Imran Tahir (2/39) joined the party as they all enjoyed the Waca track.

And Steyn says he and his manne were just too fired up for the Aussies to cope.
He says: "I don’t think they [Australia] need to be too embarrassed about it. The conditions were tough and if they threw on another 30-40 runs, it would have been tricky for us to chase. I think we outbowled them. I don't think they bowled as well as they potentially could have. That was the difference.”
“I think we were relentless and it was really tough for them to score. When they tried to push the go button, they lost wickets. But there are two more games and we’ll see how those wickets go.”
The second ODI is at Adelaide this Friday.
