Mark Boucher has warned his in-form Proteas team not to get carried away ahead of their three-match ODI tour of India.
The South Africans are on a high after shaking off a tough home summer with a 3-0 whitewash of the old enemy Australia.
The series victory impressed coach Boucher, particularly with the likes of batsmen Janneman Malan, Jon-Jon Smuts and Heinrich Klaasen coming good and the sharpness of fit-again speedster Lungi Ngidi.
India, too, come into the series off the back of a 3-0 ODI series pak slae in New Zealand. But Bouch knows Indian conditions will be a different story.

He says: “India is going to be to a tough test.
“It’s different conditions. A lot of the guys haven’t played a lot of cricket in India either.
“I think what’s impressed me is that the guys have responded to the messages we have been sending out from a batting and bowling perspective.
“They are prepared to change their mindsets a bit.
“And also a lot of different players stepping up.

“It’s not just about being given opportunities, it’s about making them count. And it’s giving me a nice headache. The guys are in form and the confidence is high. We coming up against a good India side.
