The Australian's are hitting ODI form at just about the right time.
With the World Cup in May, the Aussies are going from strength to strength and cruised to a comfortable eight-wicket win over Pakistan in the second ODI in Sharjah on Sunday.
Aaron Finch (153*) and Usman Khawaja (88) shared an Australia record opening stand while scoring 209 runs as the Aussies went 2-0 up in the series.
Both Finch and Khawaja have notched up high scores this month and their form will give Australia a selection headache for the World Cup after David Warner, nearing the end of his international ban, hit 85 off 53 balls on his return to the Indian Premier League earlier on Sunday.
Pakistan had won the toss and skipper Shoaib Malik elected to bat first, setting Australia a target of 285 to win and they got there with eight wickets still in the bank.
