Goodwood made a huge statement of intent by beating Belhar 44-34 in Belhar last Saturday.
Having won promotion from Super League C at the end of last season, Goodwood have now won three out of their four matches in Super League B and are currently sitting pretty in fourth place on the log.
As for Belhar, they were expected to be one of the main contenders for promotion this season, having been relegated from the top flight at the end of last term.
In an entertaining battle, both teams proved that they are not scared to take the ball wide and shouldn’t be taken lightly this year.
Macassar, meanwhile, provided the upset of the weekend when they beat Helderberg 35-33 in a nailbiting Strand derby.

With the Berge entering the match unbeaten, it was expected that they would get the better of their visitors, who were winless coming into the contest.
Elsewhere, Vineyards proved to be too strong for Busy Bees, running out 63-10 victors, while St Georges got the better of Rangers by one point - 18-17.
Belhar will look to right the wrongs of this past weekend when they travel to Kuilsrivier, who beat Young Peoples 43-5, on Saturday.
While Goodwood earned a well-deserved break, Macassar will look to build on their momentum when they travel to Bellville.
