Helderberg, Hamlets and Kuilsrivier all bagged bonus point wins in the first round of Super League B action last weekend.
Away to All Saints, Kuila had to work hard for their win.
Two tries by Keeno Petersen ultimately got the visitors over the line in a narrow 37-34 victory.
But travelling to Franschhoek this weekend, Kuilsrivier will know they will have to up their game if they want a second successive win on the road.
Franschhoek will be hungry to bag the points in their second home match of the season, after narrowly losing 21-20 to Bellville last weekend.
Helderberg, meanwhile, got the biggest win of the round in SLB when they klapped Pniel Villagers 40-15 away from home.
This weekend, though, they have their work cut out with a trip to Mamre where they’ll cross swords with Hamlets.
The free-running Hamlets got their season off to the perfect start, beating Hands & Heart 41-17 last weekend.
Hands & Heart will look to open their account at Young Peoples on Saturday.
Peoples edged Paarl 16-12 last weekend, with a Keenan Williams try separating the two teams on the scoreboard.
In other action, Kraaifontein host Paarl while Pniel Villagers welcome All Saints to the winelands.
