Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2kg chicken wings, cut in 2 pieces at the joint
Method
Combine all the ingredients (except chicken) into a bowl.
Add wings and toss to coat.
Place wings with sauce in a food bag and leave to soak up the goodness overnight.
Throw on the hot coals for 20-25 minutes.
Coat with the sauce when you place it on the grill and when you turn it over.
