Pre-packed Silverside

One pot of water

2 carrots
Method
Remove silverside from vacuum pack and add to a pot of water, with the bay leaves and all spices included in that pack.
Add the carrots, allow to cook for two-and-a-half hours adding bits of water as it cooks away.
When you pierce the meat and the fork or knife goes right through that’s when it is done.
Remove and slice, and serve with other cuts of meat.
