4 pears

1 cup of dried apricots

½ cup of golden raisins

3 pieces of candied ginger

2 tsp orange zest

2 tbsp fresh orange juice

2 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Lightly butter a pie dish.
In a large bowl, combine the pears, apricots, raisins, and candied ginger.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, zest, juice, and cornstarch.
Drizzle over the pear mixture and toss to combine, then transfer to the prepared pie dish.
Cover with desired topping (classic pie crust, crumb topping, or cobbler topping) and bake until the fruit is tender and the top is golden brown, 60 to 75 minutes.
