Ingredients

2 cups of flour

2 cups of milk

1 cup of water

1 tsp of baking powder

Pinch of salt

5ml vanilla essence

Oil to just cover pan
Method
Mix all pancake ingredients together and fry.
You can make large ones to roll, or little ones to stack and add any of your favourite toppings or fillings, like sliced banana, caramel, coconut, apricot jam, sugar, cinnamon sprinkle, Nutella, fresh berries, golden syrup and honey.
