Ingredients
- 600g spinach, washed, roughly chopped
- 250ml fresh cream
- 3 teaspoon cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup of milk
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
- A pinch of nutmeg
- A few cubes of cheese
Method
Boil the spinach in a large pot filled with a cup of water for 10-15 minutes.
Strain and squeeze out all access liquid.
In a saucepan on medium heat, add the spinach and the rest of the ingredients and stir until the cream thickens.
