A day after President Cyril Ramaphosa warned bogus religious leaders to stop taking people for a ride, Prophet Paseka Mboro Motsoeneng of the Incredible Happenings Ministry challenged ‘resurrection’ Pastor Alph Lukau to raise Nelson Mandela from the dead.
Mboro was speaking outside the locked gates of Alleluia International Ministries yesterday where he had gone with the intention of confronting Lukau.
A video clip went viral allegedly showing Lukau raising a man from the dead during a Sunday service.
“I want you to surrender and apologise. Can I see the leadership of the church?
“I want to call the pastor so that we can go to Nelson Mandela’s grave and raise him,” Mboro said.

“My problem is that he is affecting me as a prophet and misrepresenting the scriptures,” Mboro said.
Two years ago, Mboro claimed on Facebook that he had gone to hell and killed Satan.
On Wednesday, while Ramaphosa was on the campaign trail ahead of the 8 May elections at a City Hall event, a pastor asked why charlatans were not being arrested as they were harming the reputation of all clergy.
Ramaphosa said the matter had come up for discussion in government, which would engage with religious leaders, instead of dictating regulations which could be deemed unconstitutional.
“We are now given an opportunity to engage faith-based organisations on how can we work together to ensure we rid our country of bogus religious leaders who are taking our people for a ride, who are doing things that are so shocking and hoodwink people into believing they raised someone from the dead...” Ramaphosa said.
