Police are on the hunt for a hijacker who shot and killed a Factreton father in cold blood at a petrol station on Thursday morning.
According to Daily Voice sources, the 59-year-old man stopped at the Shell garage in Voortrekker Road shortly after 2am when he was approached by the gunman.
“He asked the guy for a lift and the victim just wanted to leave and that is when he shot him in the head and he died at the scene.
“The hijacker stole his Honda BR-V and fled the scene in the direction of Goodwood,” says the source.
Shocking footage of the shooting emerged on crime chat groups, showing the hijacker dressed in a grey hoodie, walking up to the dad.
He appears to be speaking to the victim who turns around to get into his car and that is when the skelm shoots the man in the back of his head and collapses.
Gunsmoke can be seen as the bullet hits him at point-blank range.
