Police are investigating the murder of a 29-year-old man whose body was found dumped on a field near a primary school in Mitchells Plain.
The gory discovery was made on Monday when police were called to the scene along AZ Berman Drive just after 12pm.
The man, who is said to have been from the Tafelsig community, had been stabbed several times.
Cops have yet to make an arrest.

Police spokesperson, Siyabulela Malo, explains: “A case of murder has been opened for investigation after a body of a 29-year-male was
discovered in an open field next to a local primary school in AZ Berman Drive, Tafelsig, on Monday.
“Police responded to a complaint at the abovementioned address and they found the body of the deceased with stab wounds in his upper body.
“The circumstances surrounding this incident are being investigated and arrests are yet to be effected.
