A brazen skelm has been caught on camera stealing a microphone out of a Salt River mosque.
This is not the first time the Moegammadiyah Masjid in Tennyson Street has been targeted.
In June last year, two thieves were also caught on CCTV camera swiping shoes at the holy place.

The latest robbery took place on Wednesday when a skelm walked into the mosque shortly after Asr prayers about 4pm and jepped the mic from its stand at the pulpit.
A video of the incident has gone viral on social media.
But what shocked patrons who viewed the footage even more is the fact that the thief walked over the prayer mats with his shoes on.
Muslims remove their shoes before entering a mosque as they place their heads on the ground during prayers.
On the video, the thief, who is wearing a black tracksuit and a backpack on his back, sneaks in, walks towards the pulpit and grabs the mic from the stand before exiting quickly.

A spokesperson for the mosque, who asked not to be named, said they want the disrespectful skelm caught.
“It is without a doubt a huge insult to us as the Muslim ummah for people to walk with their shoes on the holy ground we do our prayers on.
“We have spoken to the community, contacted the neighbourhood watch and will also take these (the footage) to the police.
“This man must be found and brought to justice for stealing from a place of worship,” the upset moulana says.
On Friday, 30 June 2017 - during Jumu’ah prayers - two thieves were caught on camera stealing kwaai tekkies at the mosque while worshippers were making salaah.
Skelm is seen leaving the mosque with the stolen mic.
Cops nabbed one suspect, a 35-year-old man, days later.
Anyone with details about the latest incident is asked to call the mosque on 021 447 0726.
Woodstock police say they have no record of this incident.
