Rashieda paid Walker on 19 and 20 December but all she has to show for her geld is half her backyard full of klippies.
Walker, from Delft admitted to taking Rashieda’s money but promised to bring the rest of the klippies on Monday.
However, Rashieda said on Tuesday she waited in vain for Walker to arrive.
“I contacted him at 12 pm on Monday, and he told me flat out: ‘nee, ek gaan nie kom nie’.

“He was so rude and told me he would take steps against me. I’ve never experienced this before.
“I am disappointed that I am losing my money but I will not leave it as is.
“I am taking this further and going to the small claims court.”
When the Daily Voice contacted Walker to ask why he hadn’t kept his promise, he said: “I told her I am not going to do the job, we need to speak first. She is so rude, she hardly even gave me a chance to speak.”
“The deal, which was verbal, was that she would also give me 17 vibracrete slabs, bricks, roof sheeting, and a Wendy house. Those things are no longer there.
“I am willing to complete the job as agreed but she has to stop being so rude.”
