It’s been a terrible week for the Terrible Josters gang in Kriefgat after the Anti-Gang Unit (AGU) pounced on two dik dinge in just two days and recovered more than 1000 rounds of ammunition, guns and drugs.
Cops say the arrogant skollies “sent threats” via residents in the area saying they would burn cop cars if the AGU returned after arresting the first suspect, known only as Slang on Tuesday.
But determined cops went back into the area on Wednesday afternoon and raided another house in the same street and arrested a man known as “Tutu”.
In the first arrest, Slang, 30, was found with 118 R5 rifle rounds, 245 R1 rifle rounds, 138 9mm rounds, 101 .45mm rounds and about 400 more live ammunition across various calibres during the intelligence-driven operation at his home in Oude Hout Street.
He was also found with hunting rifle magazines, firearm cleaning kits, three prohibited firearms and 1 627 mandrax tablets.

A source told Daily Voice: “After Slang was arrested, the skollies sent messages with residents to say that if the AGU come back, they will burn police vehicles.
“But on Wednesday just after 2pm, AGU along with the Public Order Police shut the area and went for Tutu.
“They [ skollies] were f***ed. Tutu is so arrogant, he lives around the corner from Slang and despite Slang being arrested, he didn’t even bother to move his stash.”

Police have confirmed the arrest and say once charged, the 43-year-old skollie will appear in the Bishop Lavis Magistrates’ Court.

“Tutu is known as the Sergeant 1, who is also the operational commander of the gang.

“He sets the tone for the so-called soldiers who go out and shoot.
“After he was arrested, he told cops he knows Slang told them where to find his stash so they are now piemping each other.”
