A shop owner handed himself over to cops after allegedly stabbing a fellow shop owner to death at China Town in Ottery on Monday.
Police were called to the complex where the incident took place.
Sources reveal an argument broke out between the two men when one of them allegedly grabbed a pair of scissors and stabbed the other.
The injured man later passed away in hospital.
SAPS' André Traut says: “This office can confirm that a 31-year-old man handed himself over to police following the murder on 5 November at China Town Ottery.
“The suspect is due in court once he has been charged.”
