Take one strip of pastry and fold up and across making a wide cone. 

Stuff with your filling and fold first over the gap and continue to make a right triangle.

It is important to heat the oil well and then turn to a medium heat. 

Place samoosas in the heated oil and deep-fry  on both sides until golden brown.
