- 50g butter or margarine
- 1kg chicken, fillet cut into cubes
- 75g Kuisine Butter Chicken Spice
- 250ml milk
- 250ml fresh cream
Melt butter in a pot over medium heat, add chicken and braise for 10-12 minutes.
Add 250ml milk and bring to a quick boil.
Add spice and mix through well. Cook for further 10-12 minutes.
Add fresh cream and stir into chicken and cook for 5 -7 minutes.
