LEKKER: Creamy Butter Chicken

  • 50g butter or margarine

  • 1kg chicken, fillet cut into cubes

  • 75g Kuisine Butter Chicken Spice

  • 250ml milk

  • 250ml fresh cream 


Melt butter in a pot over medium heat, add chicken and braise for 10-12 minutes. 

Add 250ml milk and bring to a quick boil. 

Add spice and mix through well. Cook for further 10-12 minutes.

Add fresh cream and stir into chicken and cook for 5 -7 minutes.
