Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from estranged husband Kanye West on Friday, ending their six-year marriage.
This will be the Keeping Up Wïth The Kardashians star’s third time unlucky in marriage.
A source told PEOPLE: “The parenting plan and split of assets came together quickly, in the past few days. Kim and Kanye basically wanted the same thing."
Meanwhile, MailOnline writes that Kimye will have to split their joint $2.2 billion (R32bn) fortune - with Kanye, 43, worth $1.3bn (R19bn) and Kim, 40, $900 million (R13bn).
Kanye amassed his fortune as a rapper and with his Yeezy line, while Kim generated her moola through the reality TV show and various business interests, including her SKIMS underwear range.
They also have a $100m (R1,5bn) property portfolio.
Kim is reportedly trying to be “as gentle and kind” as possible to Kanye, who has bipolar disorder.
A source reveals: “She’s worried about sending him into another tailspin, because that's not good for anyone, especially the kids.
“So she’s being as gentle and kind as she can be, while still standing up for what she feels she needs to stand up for.”
They’ve agreed not to contest their pre-nuptial agreement and the pair are close to working out a full settlement.
The couple share children North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, three, and 21-month-old Psalm.
An insider said: “Both of them want nothing but the best for the kids. They want the kids to be happy. The kids will stay with Kim, but Kanye will be able to see them whenever he wants to.”
Kim was previously married to music producer Damon Thomas for four years until 2004.
And then to basketballer Kris Humphries who described their 72-day union as “brutal and embarrassing”.
