Adele’s estranged father is clearly not a fan of her music.
Mark Evans, who has not been in contact with his daughter for years, called Welsh cops after his neighbour kept singing kliphard to Adele’s tracks.
Super fan Keeley Fry irritated Mark so much that he reported a noise complaint.
Keeley, 21, says she was surprised when Mark asked her not to sing or play the UK singer’s music so loud, saying it was “affecting his sleep and that it’s very disturbing”.
Keeley told The Sun that she thought he would appreciate it: “I was surprised because I’m such a big Adele fan and most of the time I play her songs and sing along to them.
“I thought he’d appreciate it, not complain.
“I think he has an issue with me because I’m such a big Adele fan.”
The father and daughter’s relationship started to crumble when Mark walked out on her mom Poppy when she was three.
He battled alcoholism and moved from the family home in Tottenham, London, to Cardiff.
Mark, 56, opened up in 2011, saying he chose dop over his family.
“I was a rotten father at a time when she really needed me,” he told The Sun.
“I was putting away two litres of vodka and seven or eight pints of Stella every day.
“I drank like that for three years. God only knows how I survived it.
“I was deeply ashamed of what I’d become and I knew the kindest thing I could do for Adele was to make sure she never saw me in that state.”
In response, Adele told Vogue: “He’ll never hear from me again” and vowed: “If I ever see him, I will spit in his face.”
