Trevor Noah has made gaai of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to give up their “senior roles” in the British Royal family.
Speaking on The Daily Show, the comedian said of the Duke and Duchess’ plans to move to Canada and claim their “financial independence”: “This is what happens when you bring the first black woman into the Royal Family.
“She looked at Harry and was like, ‘You need a job! You a grown-ass man, you can’t still be living in your momma’s house, Harry.’”
Maenwhile, Harry was expected to meet his ouma, Queen Elizabeth II, and other senior royals on Monday to discuss his plans.
The queen would hold talks at her Sandringham estate in eastern England on the future roles of Harry, 35, and Meghan, 38, the BBC and other British media quoted royal sources as saying.

Their couple’s shock announcement last Wednesday came after they had denounced intrusive and inaccurate media reporting, as well as the attacks directed toward them on social media, including racist attacks against Meghan, whose mother is black.
