Miss SA Tamaryn Green at the weekend took the issue of TB to the United Nations.
After launching her #BreakTheStigma campaign in August, which aims to create awareness around Tuberculosis (TB), the Paarl beauty was invited to the 73rd United Nations General Assembly in New York.

Tamaryn, 24, shared her personal battle with TB at the gathering which is to have preceded a historic meeting at which Heads of State from around the world were expected to commit to a co-ordinated global strategy on dealing with the disease.
