Marc McWilliams has accused the Kardashians of sexually harassing him when he worked as a bodyguard for the famous family in 2017.
In a lawsuit, he claims mom Kris Jenner, 64, klopped aan by him, showing a “pattern of unwanted and unwelcome sexual advances and otherwise harassing misconduct”.
According to the lawsuit, in which daughter Kourtney, 41, is also listed as a defendant, he alleges he experienced “sexual harassment, hostile work environment, racial discrimination and gender discrimination.”
His statement reads: “Between May, 2017 and 12 September, 2018 defendant Jenner began repeatedly and frequently causing her body to come into intimate physical contact with the body of [McWilliams] and making overt comments of sexual nature to [McWilliams] on a repeated basis.”
He also claims he was wrongfully fired after complaining about shortened hours and no meal breaks.
The reality TV star clan has however shut down the allegations
Their lawyer, Marty Singer, told People magazine: “Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims made by former security guard Marc McWilliams.
“His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him.
“The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job.
“Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later.”
Both mom and daughter have vowed to take legal action of their own.
The statement concluded: “When Kris and Kourtney defeat this frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution.”
McWilliams a close friend of disgraced singer R. Kelly and a founding member of the music group MGM (Musically Gifted Men) in the late 80s.
