Gareth Bale reckons Real Madrid are more of a team now that Cristiano Ronaldo has left.
Ronaldo scored a staggering 451 goals in 430 appearances and won two La Liga titles and four Champions League trophies at the Bernabeu.
But as Real look to defend their title when they host Roma tonight (9pm), Bale says they will be okay.
He says: “Obviously it’s going to be a little different from having such a big player there
“It’s maybe a bit more relaxed, yes. I suppose there is more of a team, more working as one unit rather than one player.”
