Cape Town tennis rookie Lloyd Harris will make his Wimbledon debut on Tuesday against none other than the King of Grass, Roger Federer.
Ranked 87th in the world, the 22-year-old Harris has played in all the other Grand Slams, only getting to the second round at the French Open.
And he will know that things don’t get more difficult than facing the eight-time All England Lawn tennis champion.
It will be Kevin Anderson, though, that will kicked off South Africa’s quest for Wimbledon gold on Monday at 12pm.
Ranked fourth for the tournament, last year’s finalist will look to go one better this year.

Up against Frenchman Pierre Hugues-Herbert in his first round match, Anderson tells the New York Times: “Obviously, I know that it will be very different from last year.
“I’m sure there will be some special memories going back there but first and foremost it’s a new year and a new opportunity.
“It doesn’t really matter what happened last year when you’re on the match courts.”
In doubles action, Raven Klaasen and his New Zealand partner Michael Venus will also be looking to go one better than reaching the final last year and start against Johnny O’Mara and Luke Bambridge on Wednesday.
