Manchester United legend Gary Neville believes that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is in the middle of changing the culture at Old Trafford.
And while the former captain admits that the Red Devils will continue to struggle in the future, he reckons that Solskjaer is on the right path.
United only have one win from their first four Premier League games with the Norwegian boss relying heavily on younger players as he cleans out the big-name stars.

Romelu Lukaku has been sold, while Alexis Sanchez and Chris Smalling have been loaned out this season.
And Neville believes Solskjaer is emulating the great Alex Ferguson, pictured, in renewing United.
He says: “I think that they are on the right track in my opinion in terms of what they’re doing.
“Because the first thing that United have to do, you have to have a group of people in that changing room – it’s so important – who want to be there. Forget how talented they are.

“Sir Alex Ferguson came down from Aberdeen in 1986 and he got rid of some of the most talented players in the club to change the
culture.”
United’s approach has been underlined by the news that 17-year-old striker Mason Greenwood has signed a new contract with the club.
Meanwhile, Inter-bound flop Sanchez believes United didn’t give him a fair shot.

He tells Italian media: “If they let me play a full game, I would win it.
“But sometimes I’d have 60 minutes and not play the next game and I didn’t know why.”
