Bafana Bafana midfield star Keagan Dolly will get his chance to prove his fitness for Afcon 2019 at the Cosafa Cup.
The Montpellier playmaker missed most of the season due to injury and will play in the south African tournament from next Saturday, in preparation for the continental showpiece from June 21.
Bafana coach Stuart Baxter explains: “He [Dolly] asked me himself if he could come to Cosafa Cup for more game time.
“His [Montpellier] coach says he’s 100 percent, and he’s been playing.”
The former Mamelodi Sundowns and Ajax Cape Town man will team up with U23 national team coach David Notoane.

There are four Cape-based players in the squad, Ajax Cape Town trio Darren Johnson (goalkeeper), Thendo Mukumela (defender) and Grant Margeman (midfielder), while Cape Town City centreback Keanu Cupido also makes the cut.
