Ingredients

3 cups of cake flour

1 egg

½ teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of baking powder

½ teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda

1 cup of choc chips

Half a cup of raisins

250g stock margarine
-
250ml sugar
-
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Method
Mix the sugar and stock margarine together and beat until smooth.
Add the egg and mix.
Add the flour, baking powder, bicarb, salt and cinnamon and mix to form a thick batter.
Add the raisins and choc chips.
Put the batter in the fridge to rest for 5 hours.
Roll the dough into balls and press them down using the back of a spoon.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
