Cops say two suspects, aged 42 and 31, were arrested after a shootout in Bishop Lavis on Sunday night in which four bystanders were injured.
“Police on patrol apprehended two fleeing suspects at the intersection of Barracuda Crescent and Salm Road in the area,” police spokesperson, Brigadier Novela Potelwa, said.
“The two suspects, one of whom is also a wanted suspect, were found in possession of a 9mm pistol.”
They are due in court soon on charges of murder, attempted murder and possession of a prohibited firearm.
