Lovers of Old School music can now tune in to a brand new radio station.
P-Fore Online was launched on 31 January and is the brainchild of Thomas Alexander and DJ Keith.
The Old Skool classics are selected from an extensive music database ranging from Pop Classics, Soul, Gospel and R&B to Smooth Jazz.
Alexander says this is a non-commercial initiative supported by SA Music Library, and app created by Alexander.
P-fore was previously known as Radio Expat, but was renamed on 14 January.

The stream is broadcast on all internet mediums, including Facebook, YouTube, Mixcloud, Twitch and the SA Music Library app.
Alexander says the app provides easy access to multiple digital platforms.
“In line with supporting South African musicians by selling their music, the app provides entertainment, including news updates, event updates; options including audio and video streaming.
“An app is the only easily accessible platform that provides multiple options.”
P-Fore boasts a host of presenters, including Tracey Carter, Alister Harrison, Barry Moses, DJ Keith, Mr. Zoggs, and Mark Grainger.
Jazz music legend DJ Keith says: “The format of music is jazz in all forms - smooth, local, mainstream, soul, old school jazz - and interaction with jazz lovers.
“For the last 12 years, Cape Town has had no jazz station to tune into.
“There was a previous successful jazz radio station and we felt that we wanted to fill that void for the jazz music lovers.”
With regards to the station’s familiar sounding name, he says: “We could not use the number 4 because P4 was used up till twelve years ago, hence the ‘fore’.”
