The only two Cape Town contenders in Idols SA Season 17 need your votes to make it to the Top 10.
Berry, 31, from Bothasig and Daylin Sass, 22, from Hanover Park, both performed in the first round of the Top 16 live show on Sunday night.
They gave it their all and now their fate lies in the hands of viewers.
The theme for the week was the ‘biggest hits of today’, with the performers singing songs with the most downloads and likes on streaming services.
Daylin had both Unathi and guest judge Lady Du swooning after giving his rendition of Bruno Mars’ hit, Leave the Door Open.
Unathi said he had the ability to bring emotion to a pop song.
“You are phenomenal,” she exclaimed.
Randall, however, felt that Daylin had taken unnecessary risks too soon in the competition.
He said it was too cabaret-like, a criticism he also extended to Berry, who was the last performer of the evening.
Berry performed You Say by Lady Diego, and had Randall worrying that she and Daylin were destined to share a cabaret stage.
Unathi, however, had nothing but praise for Berry.
Barry said singing her favourite song live on TV was “all my childhood dreams coming true.”
Daylin tells the Daily Voice: “Seeing my family in the audience was the most satisfying thing ever. I missed them so much and seeing their proud faces under their masks, made my performance even better.”
